Pursuant to C.R.S §38-26-107, notice is hereby given that the Town of Telluride Public Works Department intends to begin processing Final Payment to the above-named Contractor on October 16th, 2026, provided no claims are received. Any person or firm having debts against the Contractor must file a proper written notice with Connor J. Tyrrell, Town Capital Improvement Project Manager, P.O. Box 397, Telluride, CO 81435 on or before October 16th, 2026.
