Summer Program Director

Full-time Seasonal (May–October), Telluride Adaptive Sports Program (TASP) is seeking a Summer Program Director to help lead our seasonal adaptive recreation programs in the San Juan Mountains. This full-time role oversees daily operations, instructor coordination, and multi-day overnight outdoor adventure trips including biking, paddling, climbing, and hiking. Strong leadership, organization, and outdoor experience required. Pay range: $30–$35/hour depending on experience.
