The Board of Directors of San Miguel Power Association Inc. will be hearing public comment on proposed Bylaw changes during the Member Comment portion of their Regular Meeting to be held online and  at 9:00AM on August 25, 2026 at the Grand Imperial Hotel in Silverton, CO. The Board will be conducting a final vote on the proposed changes at the same Meeting.

The proposed Bylaw amendment adjusts the period within which a person must not have been employed by the cooperative to meet qualifications for Board candidates and directors.
